I am Dr. Glenn Brown, Regents Professor, Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, Oklahoma State University. Specializing in water resources and environmental engineering, I teach and research in the areas of fluid mechanics and groundwater pollution. In addition to my current appointment, I have held positions at Sandia National Laboratories, Colorado State University, Gulf Oil Corporation, and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. I have been Principal or Co-Principal Investigator on over 30 research projects funded by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Geological Survey, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and other agencies. I have authored over 160 journal articles, book chapters, proceedings papers and technical reports. A licensed Professional Engineer, I hold the rank of Fellow in two professional societies. The criteria and standards used in this evaluation are based on 28 years of undergraduate and graduate teaching of over 4,500 students.
